Roll
Out a 16 oz (455 g) pizza dough, lay on oiled sheet
Mix in a Bowl
1 c (250 g) ricotta
2 garlic cloves
¼ c (25 g) Parmesan
1 t fresh thyme
1 t fresh rosemary
Spread Ricotta Mixture on the Dough & top with 8 Blossoms, Plus
1 T olive oil & salt
Bake 425°F for 15-20 min.
