Apple & Honey Galette



  1. lay out a 14-oz. (400-g; 9-inch) store-bought pie dough on a baking sheet & top with:
  2. ½ c (120 g) Brie
  3. 1 T brown sugar
  4. 3 T sliced almonds
  5. ½ t cinnamon
  6. Then… Cover the cheese layer with 2 thinly sliced apples Fanned out, peeling optional
  7. Dot the top with butter, drizzle with honey, then pinch the edges to form a crust
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min, until golden; garnish with pomegranate seeds
