(400-g; 9-inch) store-bought pie dough on a baking sheet & top with:; ½ c (120 g) Brie; Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min, until golden; garnish with pomegranate seeds; Dot the top with butter, drizzle with honey, then pinch the edges to form a crust
