Plum-Thyme Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 t butter
  • 1Β½ T chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 plums, cubed (I don’t bother peeling)
  • 1 T sugar

Method

Simmer everything on med/low for about 10 min., stirring occasionally, until plums fall apart & become jam like (but still chunky)

Cool a few min., then pour warm heaping spoonfuls over vanilla ice cream
