Method

  1. cut 6 hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise & remove yolks
  2. mash the yolks in a bowl with:

    1. 3 T mayonnaise
    2. 2 mined cloves-garlic
  3. spoon the mixture into the egg white halves & sprinkle with red pepper flakes
  4. using a 4-in (10-cm) toothpick/skewer, first thread a radish slice, then a garlic-stuffed olive, then the deviled egg, then another radish slice on the bottom to keep the stack from tipping over (you’ll need about 6 radishes & 12 olives)
