Method

Simply put 2 T dried red pepper flakes into a jar with 1 c (240 ml) olive oil. Seal & gently shake to mix, then let sit for about 3 days or until the oil starts to become red. It will last a couple weeks, but does get progressively spicier! I love this on pizza and pretty much everything else. We saw it in restaurants in both Italy & Portugal.
