Process ¾ c (180 ml) olive oil & ¼ c (10 g) basil leaves in the blender until smooth. In France we saw this drizzled on a bowl of olives, which was delicious. It’s also great to dip bread in, spread on sandwiches, or drizzle over salad or vegetables.
