Two of my favorite meals in Barcelona were at Lolita Taperia in the Sant Antoni neighborhood and Tapeo in El Born. They both served delicious burrata appetizers and I have combined my favorite components of each to create this simple dish.
chop 1handful of yellow cherry Tomatas & lay them out in the center of a small plate
place a 4-oz (115-g) ball of Burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes
place aspoonful of store-bought Olive Tapenade on top of the cheese, plus a sprinkling of chopped chives & a big drizzle of olive oil
serve with baguette slices that have been pan-fried in olive oil or toasted
