Finely chop & sauté 2-3 min on med/low
Roll out 16 oz (455 g) store-bought whole-wheat pizza dough into 2 (10-in/25-cm) rounds. Spread the broccolini mixture out on one round then sprinkle with 2 oz (55 g) crumbled feta. Place the other dough round on top & pinch the edges. Sprinkle with grated parmesan, salt & pepper.
