It’s just banana!
We went to a restaurant in southern Portugal that served several types of mousse for dessert, one of which was banana. This icy version is a popular American dessert lately that reminds me of the mousse we tasted there. It couldn’t be simpler! Plus you can be creative with additions or add nothing at all and it’s still delicious.
