Apart from the milkshake, the constituents of this fun dessert are prepared well in advance, making the serving process itself very easy. Present the milkshake with straws for your guests to use. They will first feel the cold sensation of the raspberry sauce, then the warm milky foam that finishes the drink. Ideally the milkshake would be fully drunk before the mousse and its accompanying biscotti are eaten.
