  • 5 cups [1.2 L] hibiscus tea, freshly brewed
  • 1 cup [240

Method

In a large pitcher, add the hibiscus tea and honey syrup. Stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

To serve, divide the mixture evenly among 8 to 10 lowball glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with ginger beer and garnish with candied ginger, if desired.
