Of all the syrups I use in this book, the Spiced Cranberry Syrup has to be my absolute favorite. And I love the Spice Girl because, with just one additional ingredient, it lets the syrup shine as bright as the lights of your holiday decor.

Method

In a highball glass filled with ice, add the ginger beer and cranberry syrup. Stir to combine and garnish with cranberries.
