Swizzle is the word used to describe a category of rum-based drinks that are popular in the Caribbean, named after the swizzle stick or stirrer traditionally used to mix and chill the drink. This version can be swizzled or shaken; just be sure to use lots of ice.

Method

In a cocktail shaker, add the water, pineapple juice, lime juice, orange juice, grenadine, bitters, allspice, and ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
