This is Tova Dickstein’s basic recipe for Palikaria, which she has based on the original biblical recipe for Ezekiel bread. It does not in any way resemble a dough or a loaf, but a stodgy mix of wheat, legumes and vegetables, a little onion and seasoned with some salt, pepper and dill.
