  • About

There is nothing like a savoury tart with melting, crumbly pastry and a soft filling bursting with flavour, which when served with a green salad and a glass of cold wine, ticks all the boxes for a light al fresco lunch. Sweet caramelised onions, earthy, nutty pastry and a mild bitterness from the caraway works wonders together and with a slight saltiness from the Gruyère, this rye tart will not disappoint with the flavours of Eastern Europe.
