- Wash the fruit, peel it, and remove any pits or cores. Cut larger fruits into bite-size pieces.
- Place the fruit in the food processor, add the sugar, and process until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, if necessary, to remove any fibers or seeds.
