- To prepare the almond syrup, place the water and granulated sugar in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Whisk in the confectioners’ sugar and almond powder. Heat to 176°F (80°C). Maintain this temperature for 15 minutes, stirring frequently with a whisk.
- Stir in the orange flower water. Keep warm until ready to use.
