Method
- Lightly grease the molds by brushing the insides with the melted butter. Set them on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Cut into 18 equal pieces.
- Dust the palm of one hand with flour and roll the dough into balls between the palm and the work surface. Avoid pressing down too hard on the dough
