Method

  1. Lightly grease the molds by brushing the insides with the melted butter. Set them on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Cut into 18 equal pieces.
  3. Dust the palm of one hand with flour and roll the dough into balls between the palm and the work surface. Avoid pressing down too hard on the dough
