  • Butter for the pan, if needed
  • ½ cup ( oz./65 g) AP flour

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (240°C/Gas Mark 8). If using a stainless steel pan, grease it with butter. A silicone pan does not need greasing.
  2. Sift the flour and confectioners’ sugar into a mixing bowl. Mix in the almond powder and hazelnut powder.
