  • Butter for the pan
  • Scant ½ cup ( oz./80 g)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C/Gas Mark 4). Grease the pan with butter.
  2. Mix together the sugar and lemon zest in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the brioche dough into a circle large enough to line the pan in a very thin layer.
