  • 2 lb. (1 kg) large, firm strawberries
  • Juice of 1–2 lemons

Method

  1. Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries. Place them in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice until coated. Sprinkle with a little of the sugar (depending on how sweet the strawberries are).
