Method
- Pour the Sauternes into a saucepan and add the sugar and cinnamon stick.
- Heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Add the prunes, then remove from the heat.
- Let cool. Transfer to a covered container.
