  • Neutral oil for the molds
  • 10 egg whites (1⅓ cups/300 g)

Method

  1. To prepare the meringues, very lightly grease the cavities of the silicone molds with a neutral oil. If using a steam oven, preheat it to 185°F (85°C). If not, the meringues can be microwaved.
  2. Whisk the egg whites until frothy. Add the le
