Method

  1. Soak the raisins in the rum for 1–2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C/Gas Mark 4). If using a stainless steel mold, lightly grease the cavities with butter. If using a silicone mold, place it on the cookie sheet without greasing.
