Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 2 tbsp French Vinaigrette, or to taste
  • 1 small handfu

Method

Put the carrots in a large bowl. Stir in the vinaigrette, adjusting the amount you use to taste, season with salt and white pepper and sprinkle with the chervil.

Serve chilled as a starter.
