Our cabbage râpée, made with our kids’ favorite dressing, the Woodland House Vinaigrette, is great with any kind of grilled meat. Note that you’re looking for about 1 pound (455 g) of cabbage total, which is the equivalent of about half of a regular head of cabbage (or two quarters).
