Our cabbage râpée, made with our kids’ favorite dressing, the Woodland House Vinaigrette, is great with any kind of grilled meat. Note that you’re looking for about 1 pound (455 g) of cabbage total, which is the equivalent of about half of a regular head of cabbage (or two quarters).
Make the vinaigrette in a bowl as directed. Add the honey, lime zest, and lime juice and whisk to combine. Set aside.
Using a sharp knife, remove the root end of the cabbages and remove the outer leaves. Cut in half and quarter each, then remove the cores. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice the cabbages. Place the slices in the bowl with the vinaigrette.
