We have a thing for squash blossoms. The first year we started our cook’s garden next to the Woodland House, we grew a ton of summer squash and zucchini. Once the blossoms started to appear, we picked them all and stuffed them with abandon and roasted and fried them, not realizing as new gardeners that we were totally wiping out our first round of zucchini.
