Lyla’s Meringues

My fine friend Rupert Rosenblum invited well over 200 guests to celebrate his 50th birthday at his home, where an enormous marquee was attached to the house to accommodate everyone for a very formal sit-down dinner with amazing wines. He asked me to be one of the chefs, along with several colleagues, and so we began organising the menus, equipment and staff for this exciting event.
