Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml

Method

  1. Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl, then whisk in the olive oil and extra virgin olive oil until you have quite a thick, glossy liquid.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste before drizzling over salad.
