There are so many types of honey to choose from, so do experiment to find the ones you like the best. I find the subtle flavours of flower honeys delicious, and they perfectly complement the flavour of delicate pink rhubarb.


  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pod, split in half lengthways and seeds scraped out

  1. Line a 500 g/1 lb 2 oz loaf tin or terrine with cling film (plastic wrap), lea
