  • 120 g/ oz unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Heat a large, non-stick frying pan (skillet) over a high heat. Add 30 g/1 oz of the butter and 1 tablespoon of the oil and when the butter is foaming, add the mushrooms and sauté
