  • About

This tart soup based on dill pickles was one of my favorite things my mother made when I was a child. It’s pretty normal for Polish kids to like sour food—acidic flavor is in our veins. If you want a more delicate taste, add the heavy cream. I particularly like adding boiled potatoes with butter. They have a subtle, creamy flavor, and they melt in the mouth.
