  • About

This beloved Polish classic is traditionally made with sausage, but I usually don’t have any in my fridge. So I switch the meat out for sun-dried tomatoes and smoked paprika—a trick I’ve come to love more than the original. Fasolka po bretońsku is one of the quickest dinners to make after a long, cold day. There is something so cozy about the way the kitchen fills with the scent of spices, and about the softness of the beans, which melt in your mouth.
