This is an indulgent, beloved dish. The one that everyone will love you for because it’s crispy, fried, and simply delightful. I usually eat these hot from the skillet, standing by the stove. But sometimes I put them on a beautiful plate with a super-easy horseradish and sour cream sauce, which is my refreshing complement to these little fried things.
