Method

Prepare your mise en place.

Preheat the oven to 163°C (325°F).

Using a clean kitchen towel, wipe the ramekins so that they are very clean and dry. Set aside.

Line a hotel pan or other deep baking pan large enough to hold the ramekins with parchment paper.
