  • 15 fresh Black Mission figs
  • 30 grams (1 ounce) unsalted butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).

Using a small, sharp knife, trim the stem end of each fig. Slice the fruits in half, lengthwise. Set aside.

Place the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

When melted, stir in the sugar until completely blended.
