Method

Prepare your mise en place.

Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners and set aside. If you don’t have 3 baking sheets, you can reuse a single sheet, but let it cool thoroughly before piping each batch of cookies onto it.

Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F)
