Marzipan Bees

• 100 grams (3½ ounces) marzipan
• 56 toasted almond slices

Prepare your mise en place.

Pull the marzipan into 28 equal pieces, each about the size of a hazelnut. Roll each piece into a small oval to resemble a bee’s body.

Stick an almond slice into each side of the oval to resemble a bee’s wings.
