Method

Place the flour, sugar, ground pistachios, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add the butter and, using quick on-and-off turns, process to just combine. Add a teaspoon or two of cold water, if necessary.

Preheat the oven to 149°C (300°F).
