Combine the cream cheese and sugar in the bowl of a standing electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on low to just combine. Then, raise the speed to medium and beat until very light and fluffy. Add the butter along with the cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom and continue to beat until well incorporated.
