Sweetened with bananas and a little honey, and packed with nutritious ingredients and slow-releasing carbs and fibre, these breakfast cookies make a really delicious and healthy start to the day and are perfect for feeding your family on busy mornings. Serve with some yoghurt and chopped fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 40 g dried fruit (I used raisins, cherries, apricots and cranberries), chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4 and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Put the chopped dried fruit in a small bowl and add the orange juice. Leave to soak for a few minutes.
