Overnight oats are probably the quickest and easiest breakfast you can make. All the prep can be done the night before and you wake up to an instant breakfast!
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or jar, cover with cling film or foil and place in the fridge, preferably overnight (or for at least 1 hour).
When you are ready to tuck in, remove from the fridge. The oats can be eaten cold or heated in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.
