Kids will love the novelty factor of these breakfast pockets. They’re also great for teenagers who are always in a rush. Hand them one of these as they are heading out of the house in the morning and they can eat it on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 35 g fresh spinach
  • 40 g grate

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
