A no-fuss pasta sauce that’s super easy to make. The vegetables are roasted in the oven and then blitzed up in a blender. Minimal effort but maximum taste!
Ingredients
400gred peppers, halved, deseeded and roughly chopped
Put the peppers on a large baking tray. Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the tray. Drizzle over the oil and add the dried oregano and garlic. Mix well.
