A simple paella recipe that’s packed with flavour. One-pot cooking made easy!

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g chorizo, roughly diced
  • 350 g

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chorizo and chicken thighs and fry for 4–5 minutes then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add the onion to the same pan and fry for 2–3 minutes until it starts to soften, then add the garlic and red pepper and fry for a further 2 minutes.
