These chicken dippers are my healthier take on nuggets. I use ground almonds to coat the chicken instead of breadcrumbs, which makes a fine-textured but really tasty coating.
Ingredients
Chicken Dippers
400gchicken mini fillets, or skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
Get an assembly line ready by placing the chicken strips on a plate, cracking the eggs into a large bowl and whisking them with a fork and combining the ground almonds and cumin with a little salt and pepper in another bowl. Finally, put an empty plate at the end of the assembly line on which to place the coated chicken.
