Kids love corn but make it even more fun by serving cobs on a stick.

Ingredients

  • 4 mini corn on the cob (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, c

Method

  1. Cook the mini corn on the cob in a saucepan of boiling water for 6–8 minutes, or until the corn is soft and cooked.
  2. Make the garlic butter by mixing the butter and garlic together in a small bowl.
  3. Drain the corn and let it cool slightly before inserting the lolly sticks into the centre of each cob.
  4. Serve the corn on the cob immediately with
