- 100 g rolled oats
- 120 g smooth peanut butter

Method
- Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate, in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls and place them on a small plate.
- Put in the fridge for 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the energy bites. Put them back in the fridge for a further 10 minutes.
