Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 120 g smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate, in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls and place them on a small plate.
  3. Put in the fridge for 1 hour to allow them to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate and drizzle it over the energy bites. Put them back in the fridge for a further 10 minutes.
