  • 4 ripe bananas
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g fresh rasp

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each banana into 6–8 slices. Place in a freezer bag and freeze for a minimum for 5 hours until solid.
  2. Remove the bananas from the freezer and put them in a food processor with the vanilla extract. Blitz until it has the consistency of ice cream. Be careful not to over-blitz though, which would cause the bananas to melt.
