A healthier take on this classic British dessert, using Greek yoghurt and just a small amount of cream.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml double cream
  • 300 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until thick. Fold in the yoghurt and honey and mix with a spoon.
  2. Crumble in pieces of meringue then fold in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Transfer the mixture into 4 bowls or jars.
  4. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 6 hours.
